Pricing Information.

EaziTrack-SC is available in 2 forms (please see the Technical Information section for full details)

• EaziTrack Internet Hosted Application.
• Client Hosted Application.

Both of the above options are licensed on a per-user basis with an initial implementation fee that covers software setup and 1st years license fees, 2 days training (at clients premises), and 1st years technical support.
Thereafter, an annual license and support renewal fee is payable on the anniversary of the initial contract date.
The minimum contract period is 1 year and no fees are refundable in the event of early cancelation.

Implementation Charges for EaziTrack Hosted Option.

£6,380 + Vat (includes 10 user licenses)

£380 + Vat per additional User lisence

Annual Renewal Fee.

£4,180 + Vat (includes 10 users)  Plus £380 + Vat per additional user.

Implementation Charges for Client Hosted Option.

£5,280 + Vat (includes 10 user licenses)

£308 + Vat per additional User lisence

Annual Renewal Fee.

£3,080 + Vat (includes 10 users)  Plus £308 + Vat per additional user.

EaziTrack-CC (Courtesy Car) Add-on module license.

£295 + Vat
This perpetual license allows licensed EaziTrack-SC users to use EaziTrack-CC as part of the system.

Discounts are available for Dealer Groups implementing EaziTrack-SC in multiple Dealer sites.
