We all know that Courtesy Car & Sales Demonstrator reservations can be a pain! Double-bookings, damage, servicing, decommissioning, utilisation, parking tickets and speeding fines, or simply not being able to find the diary can all add to the stress of running a busy department. But not any more!

Reservations are made quickly by choosing a start date/time and end date/time on the ‘easy to use’ colour-coded appointment grid, and entering a few basic customer details. When the customer arrives to collect the vehicle, it’s a simple matter to call up the reservation, add additional information such as their Driving License Number and/or Insurance Reference number, and current mileage before printing the vehicle release form and getting the customers signature. When the vehicle comes back, just add the end mileage and again check for damage.

In addition, the system won't let you make bookings on vehicles that are due for decommissioning, and will warn you when they are due for a service.
