All EaziTrack clients are assured the highest levels of user and technical
support with direct access to the development team, however before contacting
the support team, please see if your issue is addressed by any of the support
documents listed below.
Access to the support team within normal working hours is included in the
license fee, but tailored support packages are also available, subject to
details, at an extremely competitive rate.
In addition, registered users can access the support downloads area which
provides documentation and utility downloads 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week.
Our technical team will also assist in any allied networking or connectivity
issues you have, and are more than happy to liaise with your IT departments or
consultants in issues of security.
